Airport Tycoon 2 Income Checklist

Cash in Airport Tycoon 2 is a stack. Miss one layer and a “huge plane” feels broke. Use this list at the start of a session. Pair it with the money guide for the why, and the rebirth planner when the wallet hits 150k.

Every session (free)

• Like + group already claimed (+1,000 once).
• Roblox friends in the six-player server (+10% money each).
• Security: at least two lanes (Line Buster). Hire TSA when you can so scans run without you camping the prompt.
• First amenity (Snack Tax). Playthroughs start with a vending machine; one guest spent $200 there.
• Path after the scanner: snack → seating / fountain (+10% luck in playthroughs) → gate.
• ATM / Collect after every wave unless you own Auto Collect.
• Trash cans and cleanliness loop if trash is piling; it is a real client system, not just decor.
• Offline earnings: leave the game on a healthy terminal so the listing’s AFK pay actually has something to simulate.

Destination layer

• Where To Next? unlocked.
• You know starter Tycoon Town is about $35 tickets.
• You have a better pick such as New Harper City ($80, 27% pick in a completion run) or later Dune Crest ($210).
• You did not unlock a trophy city that never gets rolled. Luxury Destinations pass biases toward better picks if you pay; it does not replace unlocks.
• Index: you have seen a Legendary (VIP Passenger) or you are stacking luck until you do.

Named destinations from current-game videos also include Isla Breeza, Oasis Royale, Pinefall Village, Neil Bay, and Mont Clair (spelling may drift). The destination list is the atlas.

Amenity layer

Upgrade food after the path exists: cafe, ice cream stand (the giant sundae in official art), pizza parlor, merch shop. Passives: luggage storage (no upgrades), lost and found after an expansion, parking meters. Fountain is luck, not a snack. Details: amenity tier list.

Plane layer

• Starter jet seats seven. Extra lanes do nothing if the plane is full and tiny.
• Buy the next airframe only when the curb waits. Lava Jet is a late named flex, not an opener.
• You are managing NPC departures, not piloting a flight sim. See planes.

Paid passes (optional, stacking)

Full ranking: game passes.

Roblox Premium/Plus is separate: +15% money / +15% luck. Passes that say they stack, stack. Buying 3X Luck before Line Buster still fails the checklist.

Off-sale leftovers (extra Gate Desk A1–C2, extra security lanes) are not currently the way to buy throughput. Build lanes with cash.

Parking-lot offers that want Robux showed up as optional. Update 5 already made real expansions cash-only.

Co-op split

Partner A: scanners / TSA. Partner B: Store, destinations, ATM. Both run this list once, then stop arguing in the fountain. Co-op.
